Andrea Doria is 33 years old and lives in Ravenna (famous of its Roman mosaics), close to Bologna, in Italy. At the tender age of 8 his father bought him his first analog synth and since then he realized that this sound is going to be part of his DNA. At the age of 16, he began to develop a passion for computers and he became a programmer. At the arrival of the first 8/16bit computer he started earning a living composing soundtracks for videogames, and also for some Italian software companies, simply using the synth processors (SID/Commodore64) and language machine. Since then Andrea's artistic knowledge developed with a powerful influence of some eclectic artists from the seventies like Klaus Schuize, Richard Wahnfried, Chris and Cosey and Edgar Frose.
