Derrick S got in contact with electronic music in 1995, at that time Daft Punk made a huge impact in the music scene with their album "Homework" which was also a very big influence for him. Listening a lot to House and Techno he soon realized that he wanted to create his own music and add his own style to the electronic music scene. Over the years he got more and more into trance and progressive music where he feels he can express his ideas, emotions and feelings best: "Trance music is a very emotional music for me, where i can put a lot of feeling and passion into.
