Dubbyman Dubtroit EP

Another submerged (the 9th) into the deep waters of the real house. The first track 'Arrecifes de coral' Is a solid track full of joy that mix the spirit of the early house with an irresistible groove and deep atmospheres constructed by a perfect combination between bass and percussion in a hypnotic way like Dubbyman use to do. For sure it will bring you back good memories of past good times. But the 'explosive' surprise of the track expected surprise in the middle of the track and then is when the word 'Joy' makes the true sense but don't be scared, baby.. Its only deep house but I like it! The trip continues by the hand of the house master of Detroit, the one and only Mike Huckaby directly from the Motor city. Really we don't how can we say to describe his remix of 'Messages from the dub' but if you know his works for Harmony park, Funky Chocolate or his own label Deep Transportation you know for sure that he is a heavyweight in the house scene. If you don't know his work..well we can tell you that the tracks it's a piece of Detroit house with.. oh! wait, wait..hey man! you are joking.. it's imposible that you don't know his music!! For the second part of the Ep we put the things more 'dubbed' with Nick Sole (Mojuba records,NickSoleTrax) He chews the original of 'Arrecifes de coral' to later spitting a dark and strong piece of deep and dubby house. If you hear his latest 'Worldubbing Ep' (Mojuba recs 007)you know of what we are talking about... The ep ends with a bonus track from the mind of Dubbyman. 'Dinner with Cousteau' is a sexy and fine song that mix slowhouse with downtempo elements perfect to relax your body and close the party! or maybe to start it, again! Go ahead explorers...
