Eight Gates I Wish I Could

ATTENTION GENRE BUSTERS!! When last we heard Eight Gates, the monster "With Somebody Somwhere" release power slammed us with it's amazing and unique presentation. Enter "I Wish I Could", a collaboration with good friend Axel Polo that features the vocal stylings of Perfect Me in a piece that could easily be classified in three to four different genre categories by three or four different "experts" and all of them would be at least somewhat correct in their placement. The quirky and glitchy electro elements and the percussive techno elements blend seamlessly with the smoother trancier elements to create an interesting and addictive foundation for the pure hook of the vocal, which you will be singing along with during your first listen. A mindbending genrebuster in it's purest form. The genre crossover action continues throughout the offering of remixes, all of which followed suit with the original in refusing to be classified simply, though 3 of the four remixers did manage to lean more toward the progressive side of trance. This Russian troop of talent has thrown down the gauntlet to the ever growing list of Dj's and listeners who are tiring of the status quo by bring a truly unique and powerful sound.... ENJOY!!
