Phasen Phased (The Next Phase Remixed)

Phasen returns to Nice & Nasty with 5 hot remixes of his Next Phase EP. Releasing music on labels from Germany, Georgia, Italy, Belgium, USA, Mexico, the UK and Ireland, Ryan Parmer aka Phasen has established himself among his peers in the electronic music making community. Phasen's début album, Gainesville on DXR and The Next Phase EP on N&N finally set his sound and skills on a platform they deserve and early support from Rob Warner, Seamus Haji, DJ Mourad, Elliot Dodge, Frank Kratzer, Itokim, Fabrice Lig, Phil Hartnoll and Ben Sims speaks volumes for the maturing of Phasen's sound and its dance floor appeal. Broken English gets remixed by Tcane and Elliot Dodge whilst whilst Katsuhiko and Chris Beard remix Alive and Beard finihes the project with a remix of Gulf Swim. The end result is a cool collection of Deep House, Acid House, minimal Techno and Detroit Techno aimed at the dance floor and DJ friendly. Chris Beard drops 80s electro synth inspired cuts; Katsuhiko delivers another deep and cerebral piece of subtle funk whilst Tcane creates a splendid little house cut. Elliot Dodge's super hi tech soul version caps the whole project off with style. This in my humble opinion is a serious release well worth your approval.
